BEFORE

It was hard to pass up an Eddy Merckx, especially since it was in my size.  The paint was pretty chipped up but there were no dings or dents.  The fillet brazing was beautiful and I couldn't help but imagine it with a new paint job.  

AFTER

I was so happy with the results of my paint job.  I wanted to stay true to the original green but also do something cool so I went with a Green/Blue colourshift paint that is dominantly green but in the light, as you move around it, the blue comes out.  The 2007 Campagnolo Chorus Carbon 10 speed groupset came from the 1996 Cinelli Supercorsa.  It was in almost NOS condition.  I think it had been installed on the Cinelli as an upgrade but then wasn't ridden much after.  It looks and shifts like new.  The whole bike rides like a dream.  I don't think I could ever sell this one.
